Legislation Games Online

That is 9 months that I try to create a french society of online games and encounter many obstacles that I crossed or tried to cross each time.

The game that I have concepting is as exciting as entertaining. it's the result of a mix of several games with a strong brand and television media. It brings together the strengths of the industry players of the game on the internet gambling company and the television game.

This meeting of parameters allowed me to design a game high economic potential addressing a wide profile.
The players will age group, social, intellectual and cultural diverse and varied.
It's a game for ALL

The project was conceived by myself from start to finish. While the preamble has been achieved. Namely:
-- The study of the market and competition I realized that dissemination of a survey on the
Internet and bringing a large number of documents
-- The design of the game, validating the idea
-- The communication plan
-- The various plans for financing, income statements, cash…
-- The setting of the game according to the laws in force

I met many difficulties because I wanted to initially distribute the game in the form of gambling.

The game in question does not fall within the scope of gambling because this is not a game of chance.

I therefore contacted the European Commission (who acknowledged the offence in France and Monopoly obstacle to the free movement of goods and capital), AFJL, the Sub-Directorate and Racing Games, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Tax and the number of lawyers specializing in new technologies.

Both say that they do not comply with the requests and do not care about your concerns.

I still got a few letters of their units who do not propose a ban on gambling in the form of gambling.
Here's what they said: "according to the law… on gambling, but gambling is prohibited… with the exception of… Française Des Jeux (FDJ).

The game that I am proposing is not a game of chance, many interpretations are possible:
-- This is not a game of chance, so the ban is not applied in this case
-- All gambling, whatever their nature are prohibited (in this case, the wording of the law is not
adequate)

Despite the bad faith of departments who want to preserve their monopoly, and the approval of the game as gambling and address (rather than random) by any court if a trial was to take place, I decided to broadcast the game in the form of Competition (no money to win).

The FDJ would certainly have closed the site and the trial would have been long and costly.

Being young and occupation Chauffeur road, I have neither the means nor the ability to collect this injury for a first business creation. How to feed my two children without pay?

The project is now being undermined by "yet" the administration has always decided for the same reason (preserving the monopoly disguised as protection of players) to encourage banks to refuse any entry into society's current account for this type Activity (including quiz programmes, which themselves are perfectly legal)

Knowing that my work is legal because it is a competition, and a French company to French tax, I would prefer to avoid domiciliate the company's account abroad.

I have appealed to private investors to finance the project because the banks have also refused to intervene in the financing of the project.

Outside help me to open this account I would find useful strong. I only realize this project and start worrying about not being able to find a bank.
